1. There will be a link from the DOR full driver history display to the ORI file and to the court case (UTT) if that court participates in the REJIS court system. This will include cases from Kansas City, St. Louis City and most of the St. Louis area municipalities (St. Louis County is not included). When a DOR full driver history record is selected, you will see the ORI and UTT number turn a light blue. When the cursor is placed over the ORI or UTT number, a link symbol (hand) will appear. Double click the item and if further information is available, a new screen will open. At that point, you can either print the information or close the new window. This link will eliminate the need to write down the ORI or UTT number, leave the DOR screen, and initiate an ORI or court inquiry to view additional information about the DOR record. If you receive a message that the court information is not available, that means that that particular court does not use the REJIS court system.
2. A link to the ORI file is also available from a warrant full display screen.
3. There will be an additional option on MoBar Net which allows you to request a statewide criminal history search for states other than MO and IL, a driver history search for states other than MO, and a nationwide sex offender check. Click on the "Other State Check" Help button to learn more about these inquiries. NOTE: A signed release form must be forwarded to REJIS for any non-Missouri criminal history checks. The turn around on these requests is 1 to 2 days. The cost for the search will show when you enter the inquiry and will appear on your MoBar Net invoice.
